Who I Am?

Hi, I’m Pedro Federico, the wedding photographer behind Federico Weddings.

I’m a wedding photographer based in Madison, Wisconsin, creating timeless, emotional, and elegant wedding photography for couples who want their love story captured with intention. My journey in wedding photography began in 2019, when I started documenting real love stories, wedding ceremonies, bride and groom portraits, engagement sessions, family moments, and the meaningful details that make every wedding day unique.

Over the years, I built my experience through Peix Productions LLC, photographing weddings across Wisconsin, Iowa, Illinois and beyond. During that chapter, my work contributed to The Knot Best of Weddings recognition in 2023, 2024, and 2025. An experience that helped shape my eye for storytelling, emotional moments, and polished wedding imagery.

In 2022, I also had the opportunity to photograph weddings for a national wedding media company, giving me experience with different venues, timelines, cultures, wedding styles, and couples. That season helped me develop a calm, professional, and detail-oriented approach that allows couples to feel comfortable and present throughout their wedding day.

Federico Weddings was created as the next chapter of my photography journey. A more personal wedding photography brand built around my middle name, my vision, and my commitment to creating photographs that feel honest, romantic, and timeless.

Whether I’m photographing an intimate ceremony, a traditional church wedding, a modern celebration, an LGBTQ+ wedding, an outdoor wedding, or a destination wedding, my goal is always the same: to capture not only how your wedding looked, but how it truly felt.
